- Parking
- Parking is available on site, so your guests arrive and leave without hunting for a space.
- Accessibility
- The lounge is an accessible venue, with step-free access from the parking area into the room.
- Setup & cleanup
- Setup and cleanup time is included in your booking. Our team handles the room before and after, so your hours are spent celebrating.
- Outside vendors
- You're welcome to bring your own caterer, cake, décor or DJ. We also offer catering from Bakery X and the Babe kitchen, and our own in-house DJ.
- Bar & alcohol
- Bar service is arranged through Babe, with several options: no bar, a coffee and mocktail bar, beer and wine, or a full bar. Alcohol is poured by our team.
- Deposit & cancellation
- A 50% deposit reserves your date. Cancellations made at least 7 days before your event are honored under our cancellation policy.
- Booking window
- Requests are accepted from 24 hours ahead up to 12 months out. Popular Friday and Saturday evenings go early, so reach out as soon as you have a date in mind.
- Sound, screen & Wi-Fi
- House sound system, microphone, projection wall and Wi-Fi are part of the room. Bring a laptop for slides, or hand us a playlist.

Private events, answered
How many guests can Babe accommodate?
Babe Coffee Lounge holds up to 75 guests cocktail-style and up to 45 guests seated at tables. Smaller gatherings are just as welcome — the whole room is still yours.
What is included in a private buyout?
The entire lounge: the bar, the booths and tables, the stage, the house sound system, the microphone, the projection wall and Wi-Fi. Setup and cleanup time is included, and our team is on site throughout your event.
Can we bring decorations?
Yes. Bring your own décor, or let us dress the room for you with balloons, florals and backdrops in your palette. Outside décor vendors are welcome.
Is food or bar service required?
No. You can book the room on its own, order catering from Bakery X and the Babe kitchen, or bring your own caterer and cake. Bar service ranges from no bar at all to a coffee and mocktail bar, beer and wine, or a full bar.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 50% deposit confirms your date, with the balance due around your event. Cancellations are accepted up to 7 days before your event under our cancellation policy.
Can we bring a DJ or use the in-house setup?
Either works. Babe has an in-house DJ and a house sound system, and you're also welcome to bring your own DJ or your own playlist.
How far in advance should we reserve?
Dates can be requested from 24 hours ahead up to 12 months out. Weekend evenings and holiday dates book first, so the earlier you ask, the more choice you have.
