While Xavier and I were still in corporate America, we co-founded Bakery-X. What began as his dream quickly became a full family movement. After 25+ years of leading teams and shaping culture, I left corporate and poured those transferable skills into scaling the bakery.

Today, we’re growing into our second Bakery-X location (stay tuned ✨), and it’s still a true family affair. I run the business with my sister-in-law, Laura, our Director of Culinary Experience & Innovation—a visionary who placed 2nd in Florida for Best Baguette. We’ve always built from corazón.
